Easy to connect via live chat, stable connection
Billing issues
Signed up to More NBN due to a Commonwealth Bank discount offer (35% off my bill). Connection has been stable and reliable, and speeds are as advertised. No issues with connection. Customer service is easy to contact via live chat. I have only had one issue with the company - an incorrect invoice was issued and took several instances to correct.
